Ideal for Dust Collection Hoppers, Bag Houses and Clogged Pneumatic Conveying Lines

DESIGN CONCEPT: The "SI" Single Impactor Vibrator is basically a pneumatically operated form of a sledge hammer with intensity or force control. By varying input operating pressure and the number of impacts per minute via the timer provided, the final intensity applied to your bin, hopper or structure can be readily controlled. The addition of a second timer controls the duration of the total vibration period.

REDUCED NOISE ADVANTAGE: The greatest advantage of B.E.S.T.'s Single Impactor is its ability to create direct impact for release of adhering products or dust buildup in dust collectors with minimal noise pollution. The timed impacts of intermittent operation are very tolerable in worker environments because of their short noise duration.

CONVERTIBLE DESIGN: If your application requires higher vibration intensity, the B.E.S.T 'SI' Single Impact Vibrators areeasily converted to a continuous type rapper vibrator without any control changes. A different spring is inserted in the vibrator unit and ports are reoriented slightly. Consult the factory for a standard conversion kit, for minimal cost. The changeover can easily can be accomplished in a few minutes.

BASIC COMPONENTS: There are six (6) basic components necessary for proper operation of B.E.S.T. INC.'s Pneumatic "SI" Single Impactor:

2. Mounting Channel (APM)
3. FRL (Filter, Regulator, Lubricator) Lubro Control
4. Flexible Hose with Pipe Fittings, (HL)
5. A Quick-Acting 3-Way solenoid valve, (SV)
6. Adjustable Timer (ATC)
