Double Impact Matchplate Vibrators

Compact, low-cost, powerful, metallic, impact-style air vibrators are ideal for foundry matchplate work. They are also used in moulding operations for concrete, refractory, plaster, ceramic and plastics.

Simple single-bolt mounting with variable force output design, these vibrators are continuous-duty rated and feature low air consumption. Add suffix "SW" for units furnished with swivel at inlet of body.

Quiet Type Air Cushioned Vibrator

Quiet operating air vibrators with air-cushioned design, provides positive vibratory action with no metal to metal impact. Force and frequency are adjustable with air pressure. The largest 1-1/4" model is furnished with a captured exhaust manifold and muffler. NOTE: dimensional data for these units are the same as model MP.
